If you had to choose a favorite activity/experience at Drew, what would it be and why?

My favorite experience so far has been DEALL week. Last year I had so much fun exploring the city and going to museums. This year, I am even more excited to go to Washington D.C. for a more history focused DEALL. History is my favorite class at Drew, so it is perfect!

 

What is one of your favorite classes - any project examples?

My favorite class right now is US History Honors. I love it because we get to do a lot of different projects to show our learning. 

 

What is a core Drew memory you want to share?

Last year it started hailing during lunch, right before class started. Everybody kind of ran out in the hail and started to play with it. We were all drenched when we got to class but it was so fun. We were picking the hail up off the ground and (safely) throwing at each other like snowballs. Some people laid down and made snow angels in the hail. It was just so cool to see everyone having such a good time with each other. 

 

What are you passionate about outside of Drew?

I am very excited that I get to be a CIT at my summer camp (Walton's Grizzly Lodge) this summer. I have been going there as a camper since I was 7. It is a very "great outdoors" type of camp in the Sierra Mountains between Truckee and Reno.
